  • Value credits cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used within the validity period.

HOW THE ROSEROOM LOYALTY PROGRAM WORKS

EARNING REWARDS

When you shop with Roseroom, you earn loyalty rewards based on the value of your purchase. These rewards are calculated as a percentage of your bill value and are credited to your Roseroom loyalty account for future use.

Example:
If your loyalty tier offers 5% earning rewards and you make a purchase of ₹1,00,000, you will earn ₹5,000 as loyalty credit.

These rewards are accumulated over time and reflect your ongoing relationship with the brand.

REDEEMING REWARDS

Redeeming rewards allows you to use the loyalty credit you have earned on a future purchase. To maintain Roseroom’s luxury positioning, rewards can be redeemed up to a defined limit per order.

For Roseroom, rewards can be redeemed up to 10% of the bill value on any single purchase.

Example:
If your bill value is ₹80,000, you may redeem loyalty rewards worth up to ₹8,000.
Any remaining loyalty credit stays in your account for future use, within its validity period.

Loyalty rewards cannot be redeemed for cash and are applicable only on eligible purchases.

TIER REWARDS

As your engagement with Roseroom grows, you move into higher loyalty tiers. Each tier unlocks additional privileges designed to enhance your experience with the brand.

Tier rewards focus on access, priority, and personalised service, rather than discounts.

These may include:

  • Early access to new collections and launches

  • Priority order placement for select designs

  • Private atelier or store appointments

  • Invitations to exclusive brand events

  • Personalised styling and fit assistance

Tier eligibility is determined based on cumulative purchase value and engagement with Roseroom.
